I haven't been keeping an eye on Usenet events. But when looking in today, I
see Fred Hall has been on a 7 day booze-bender and stinking up the joint
(Usenet) worse than a busted urinal in a skid row bar.

So, I respectfully request to Nominate Fred Hall (aka the fake "FNVW") for
"Busted Urinal Award" (BUA) for July 2012.

Seconds?

However, if whiskey drunken, cat food eating Freddie has already been
nominated for the BUA, then please disregard this post.
